Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) to award Case and Contact Management System (CCMS3) Maintenance, Support and Salesforce Integration Sole Source

The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) has a requirement for maintenance and support of the Case and Contact Management System (CCMS3) as well as integration support of the system into the new FMCS Salesforce application. This action is being advertised on a sole source basis to Planet Technologies, Inc.

FMCS has a requirement for maintenance and support of the CCMS3 system plus integration into the new FMCS Salesforce application.

Planet Technologies was the primary and sole contractor for the CCMS2 upgrade in 2009, the reconstruction and migration from CCMS2 to CCMS3 and they have provided 100% of the program maintenance since the program launch. This long-standing support has provided Planet Technologies with the intimate and unique knowledge and technical skills and abilities needed to continue maintenance of CCMS3 and provide integration support to FMCS’s new Salesforce application. In addition, Planet Technologies is familiar with the data found within CCMS3 as well as the FMCS organization, staff, policies, IT operations, and the federal enterprise policy that FMCS systems must abide by.

This includes a 12-month Base period and two (2) 12- month Option periods.
