The overall scope includes support for operating, maintaining, enhancing, researching, analyzing, and implementing existing and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform in support of the FDIC mission. This includes, but is not limited to, project management, organizational change management, architecture and design, business process analysis, mapping, configuration, development, testing, deployment, training, and knowledge transfer.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) intends to post a solicitation for ServiceNow support services on SAM.gov.
The contractor(s) shall support for operating, maintaining, enhancing, researching, analyzing, and implementing existing and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform in support of the FDIC mission. This includes, but is not limited to project management, organizational change management, architecture and design, business process analysis, mapping, configuration, development, testing, deployment, training, and knowledge transfer. FDIC anticipates Multiple Award Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) and a single Task Order 1 resulting from the forthcoming solicitation, which will include multiple proposal and evaluation phases.
This procurement’s period of performance is anticipated to be a 12-month base period beginning approximately January 1, 2025 with six (6) 12-month option periods; with work to be performed at the FDIC facilities, or at Contractor facilities, either on site or remotely within the United States.
