eTelligent Group is pleased to announce Nan Downing as our Executive Vice President (EVP), Client Relations and Delivery. Nan started working with eTel last October as our Strategic Advisor and has served as a thought leader and advisor in enhancing eTel’s capabilities and overall strategic direction.

Nan brings over 30 years of transformative leadership experience from the IRS, where she retired from the Senior Executive Service (SES) role. Her extensive background includes positions such as Director of Identity Assurance, Director of Small Businesses/Self Employed Human Capital, Assistant Deputy Commissioner for Government Entities/Shared Services Tax Exempt and Government Entities, and Director of Exempt Organizations Examinations. Nan’s achievements and awards, including recognition from IRS Commissioner Charles Rettig for her work on critical programs like COVID-19 Legislation and Relief, make her a highly valuable asset to the company.
