Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. (Edgewater), a leader in enterprise technology solutions, digital transformation, data analytics, and cybersecurity, has won a five-year, $12M recompete contract to support the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Information Security and System Assurance (ISSA) Division.

Edgewater will continue its support of FERC through the IT Security Engineering Support Services contract. Leveraging cybersecurity knowledge and agile methodologies, Edgewater will continue to provide security engineering services, including security architecture, advanced network security engineering support, security operations capabilities enhancements, and Assessment and Authorization services. This contract helps to ensure FERC’s sites and information remain safe and secure from cyber attacks.

Edgewater is proud to continue our strong working relationship with FERC and supporting FERC’s cyber mission to reduce risk, harden systems, implement and leverage new tools and technologies and further enhance the agency’s threat modeling capabilities,” states Dave Yockman, Edgewater’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

FERC is an independent agency that regulates natural gas and hydropower projects, and the interstate transmission of natural gas, oil, and electricity.
