This requirement is a re-compete of a single award contract. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information, for planning purposes, regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources to perform the work described below; (2) the size classification of the available and capable sources relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition; and (3) to encourage competition and improve our requirement.
The purpose of this procurement is to provide support for the maintenance and support of ICRAS using a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FEDRamp) certified Cloud service provider for the benefit of the Department.
The Department has a requirement to operate and maintain ICRAS in a cloud-based environment and make it available for use by Department staff. The ICRAS maintenance and support contract is a performance-based contract. As such, desired outcomes, performance standards and measurements are used to set expectations and to monitor the performance of this contract.
The Department is contemplating a firm-fixed price contract with one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods and intends to issue a solicitation in the Spring of 2025, with an anticipated award date of no later than July 2025.
