The U.S. Department of Transportation/John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis to i5 Services, Inc., in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The contractor shall provide Maintenance and Support, an annual License and annual Escrow for the Acquisitions Division Dashboard located at the Volpe Center in Cambridge, MA, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Office of Acquisitions Dashboard Maintenance, License, and Escrow US Department of Transportation/Volpe Center
1. Introduction/Background
In FY 2015, the Volpe Center’s Office of Acquisitions contracted with i5 Services, LLC to develop a dashboard application for the Office of Acquisitions. The Office of Acquisitions Dashboard is a web-based application that is intended to improve communications regarding the status of Purchase Requests (PRs) from the time of receipt by the Office of Acquisitions until award and to help acquisition staff and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) maintain visibility of awarded contracts/orders from award through closeout. It is also utilized the Office of Acquisitions’ primary source of information for contract closeout status and reporting. The Office of Acquisition Dashboard is hosted on-site at the Volpe Center in Cambridge, MA.
2. Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide the following in support of the Office of Acquisitions Dashboard application:
2.1 Maintenance and Support (CLIN 0100) The Office of Acquisitions Dashboard application requires periodic software updates, maintenance and support to ensure that the application continues to function properly and to comply with DOT IT security requirements. The Contractor shall perform routine software maintenance, respond to and resolve issues reported by the Volpe Center application systems administrators, and address any application compatibility issues that arise with the standard Volpe computing environment
