Through this work, the Contractor shall support DOE’s work across the Better Buildings Initiative.  This includes supporting all partners across the suite of Better Buildings programs.  Services include, but are not limited to:

• Account management and providing sector expert account managers.
• Data and analytics (overarching, partner specific and best practices)
• Partner recruitment, retention and problem solving
• Supporting new members
• Program support, tracking of partner activities and evaluation
• Profiling partners’ innovative ideas/solutions/strategies
• Partner progress tracking
• Outreach and promotion of successful strategies/ideas/technologies
• Monitoring partner and sector trends
• Technical support to organizations that is sector and technology specific
• Tool creation and refinement
• Support of meetings, workshops, webinars and working groups
• Overarching support to ensure consistency across Better Buildings activities
• Management of the Better Buildings Solution Center and support for other communications vehicles for the Better Buildings Initiative (e.g., social media accounts)
• Engaging partners directly in certain specified capacities
• Program recruitment and sector priorities and prospective partner tracking
• Drafting and/or design of materials
