DLA Energy has a requirement for consulting and technical support to provide timely and accurate review and analysis of petroleum inventory accounts and transaction data details (sales, credits, shipments, receipts) to include verification of the completeness of the transactional data from the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) to Enterprise Business System (EBS).
Tasks will include working with and developing relationships throughout DLA Energy, to include Finance, Inventory Management, Order Management, Technical/Quality and Procurement organizations to resolve product quality, quantity, transportation, and supply discrepancies.
The Contractor shall assist the Government in investigating and analyzing petroleum transaction failures, review applicable reports, metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
The Contractor shall provide assistance in analyzing invoices and tracking subsequent errors from fuel deliveries (receipts) into capitalized DFSPs / Plants to resolve processing and/or invoice payment errors. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide tracking and process support with APSR Help Desk Tickets, System Configurations, Report and Analysis in addition to continuous investigation and analysis of petroleum movements.
The anticipated period of performance is for one (1) 12- Month Base Period of Performance and four (4) 12-Month Option Periods beginning on March 29, 2025.
