The DISA ID5/ID51 is seeking information from potential sources for supporting the GSE program with engineering support services. The security engineering services will support the Enterprise Email Security Gateway (EEMSG), Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), and Filter List Manager (FLM) programs. These three (3) programs support the engineering of solutions that enhance the perimeter defense of the entire Department of Defense (DoD) community at the boundary points between the Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNet) and the public Internet by developing, testing, implementing, sustaining, and providing secure, interoperable solutions at the Gateways. The vendor shall provide general systems engineering, risk management framework, certification and accreditation, Information System Security Officer expertise and program management/administrative support closely integrated with cutting-edge research and development capabilities.
