DMI promotes Felicia Nchinda to Vice President of Federal Health

DMI, a leading provider of digital services and IT solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Felicia Nchinda to Vice President, Federal Health.

In this new role, Felicia will oversee DMI’s federal health portfolio, which includes major clients like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Her responsibilities include developing impactful strategies for market growth and leading a team of 200 professionals to deliver excellence for DMI’s clients.

With 14 years of leadership experience at DMI, Felicia has played a pivotal role in driving growth and success in the federal health sector. In her previous role, she led a variety of healthcare IT projects, offering strategic direction, technical expertise, and hands-on program support.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare and IT transformation, Felicia brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her new role. Before joining DMI, she held leadership positions at a global professional services firm specializing in IT consulting, digital transformation, and business strategy.
