DHS CISA executive takes Cybersecurity Operations leadership role with Federal Reserve Board

This experienced professional with leadership and practical experience in a variety of disciplines within the cybersecurity industry, including recent experience overseeing and directing cyber operations designed to counter the actions of foreign and domestic cyber threat, has taken on a new role with the Federal Reserve Board.

Zachary (Zakk) Thomas, is now identified as Manager, Cybersecurity Operations with the Federal Reserve Board. In this role he will lead a dynamic cybersecurity operations team responsible for defending the networks that support the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Responsible for intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, incident response, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, insider threat, security engineering, FISMA compliance, and more.
