DHS/CISA COCO intends to limit the number of sources solicited pursuant to FAR 8.405- 6(a) for a six (6) month bridge task order, with one three (3) month option period, to continue Administration and Program Management Support Services while a competitive effort is underway to the following vendor:
RCM Solutions, 4801 Tesla Drive, Suite C, Bowie, MD 20715.
In support of its mission, DHS CISA Infrastructure Security Division (ISD) Office of Bombing Prevention (OBP) requires contractor support to continue Administration and Program Management Support in order to effectively coordinate, synchronize, integrate and operate. These integral roles include integration support functions, written instruction, divisional policy development, annual operating procedures, data calls, divisional correspondence, metrics requests and adhoc executive requests, correspondence tracking reporting, to effectively support SOW Section 2.1 tasks. Current support ended on May 11, 2024.
The proposed period of performance including the option period is as follows:. Base period: May 20, 2024 November 11, 2024 (to be funded with fiscal year 2024 funds) Option 1: November 12, 2024 February 12, 2025 (to be funded with fiscal year 2025 funds).
