Background: GTM/EX is responsible for the development and follow-on maintenance of HRIS, including new technology in support of the Department’s global talent management requirements, as well as database administration, operations help desk, and network infrastructure. The Bureau provides support to Department locations and posts worldwide, with a total population of approximately 32,000 American direct-hire employees and 47,000 locally employed (LE) staff and others under Chief of Mission (COM) authority.
GTM is potentially interesting in finding a vendor to provide Human Resource (HR), HRIS, Information Technology (IT) and management support services to meet the performance objectives and business requirements of the GTM Bureau along with other offices, as required. The primary tasks needed will fall under the customer service category in providing help desk services to include desktop support and application support.
