The solicitation is for acquiring professional services engagement consisting of delivery of senior executive leadership development and facilitation sessions.
This SOW provides for a professional services engagement consisting of the delivery of senior executive level leadership development and facilitation sessions. The contractor will provide appropriate methodologies, and facilitate discussions, identify gaps and actions of possible strategic and data driven approaches and outcomes to ensure planning is focused on DIA’s specific needs and objectives. The goal of each session is to provide an opportunity for leadership to articulate the strategic environment, develop in accordance with generally accepted methods a strategic path, and draft an implementation strategy for the solution(s) developed. The DIA Directorate for Mission Service is responsible for scheduling consulting hours subject to the contractor’s availability. There are no minimum durations for the increments in which the profession services are required.
