The ProTech services solution is a suite of MA IDIQ contracts consisting of four Domains: Satellite, Fisheries, Oceans, and Weather. These Domains provide resources supporting the NOAA, including its Line and Staff Offices. Where applicable, the contracts may also be used by other Bureaus within the Department of Commerce (DOC). The ceiling dollar amount for all orders under all ProTech Domains is $8,000,000,000. Each Domain has its own IDIQ contract with multiple awards.
ProTech Oceans Domain will enable the National Ocean Service to acquire services for scientific data collection and stewardship, geospatial mapping of coastal areas, and community outreach services to position America’s coastal communities for the future.

This solicitation will provide professional, scientific, and technical services to the Oceans Domain. The services provided under ProTech 2.0 Oceans will support sites worldwide, which include, but are not be limited to, a network of 29 coastal sites designated to protect and study estuarine systems,�our Great Lakes, sites of natural disasters in U.S. and state waters, sites of oil and chemical spills in U.S. and state waters, and U.S. ports. The suite of resulting contracts for this Domain is intended to satisfy the need for professional, technical, and scientific services to support the National Oceans Service (NOS) worldwide. NOS provides science-based solutions through collaborative partnerships with industry to address evolving economic, environmental, and social pressures on our ocean and coasts.. Ordering Period: The ordering period of ProTech 2.0 Oceans is a five-year base period and one five-year option period, for a total of 10 years, if the option is exercised.
