Background

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), Division of Procurement Services is issuing this competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) on behalf of Disbursing and Debt Management (DDM), to a pool of GSA contract holders  in accordance with the Contractors’ GSA Schedule Contract(s), for the purpose of entering into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the requirement entitled, “PCA Services.” The Government anticipates awarding multiple single-award BPAs, each inclusive of one (1) 12-month Base Period and four (4) 12-month Option Periods.
