Contract Award: $49M DARPA Secure Advanced Framework for Simulation and Modeling (SAFE-SiM) Phase IV contract

Radiance Technologies Inc.,* Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded a $49,319,391 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Phase IV of the Secure Advanced Framework for Simulation and Modeling (SAFE-SiM) program.

This contract provides for Phase IV continuation on Radiance Technologies Inc.’s Phase III research results, which is critical to meeting the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s joint all domain theater-wide analysis goals. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama (50%); Dayton, Ohio (25%); Rome, New York (5%); Basking Ridge, New Jersey (10%); and Albuquerque, New Mexico (10%), with an expected completion date of November 2026. Fiscal 2024 research, development, test, and engineering funds in the amount of $2,392,900 are being obligated at time of award.

This contract was a sole source acquisition. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (HR0011-25-C-0318).
