The Impact Report showcases CivicActions’ impact in a number of categories including Accessibility, Public Health, Drupal, CivicActions’ Digital IT Acquisition Professional (DITAP) training Program, and Team Engagement.

Highlights include extensive contributions and leadership within the Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) and Drupal space. As leaders of Open Digital Services, CivicActions has logged 1103 Drupal Training Hours, with 199 Drupal contributions, and 46 Drupal certifications in 2023.

Other highlights include a strong impact on accessibility in government digital services, with 81 accessibility certifications across the company. In terms of client impact, CivicActions’ work has touched over 19 million veterans on VA.gov for their client Veterans Affairs (VA) and over 7 million users monthly on CMS.gov and Medicare.gov for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
