CISA OCIO RFI: Real Property Asset Management System

BACKGROUND.  Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) works with partners to defend against today’s threats and collaborate to build a more secure and resilient infrastructure for the future. CISA is the operational lead for federal cybersecurity and the national coordinator for critical infrastructure security and resilience. We are designed for collaboration and partnership.

OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE.  The objective of CISA Information Technology is to implement an Information Workplace Management System (IWMS) to satisfy the CISA Facilities, real estate, and end user’s need and mission requirements. These programs carried out by government, public and private local agencies, are designed to promote stability, improve space utilization, and manage the Real Estate Portfolio responsibly and self-sufficiently. CISA seeks to contract with a single Service Provider to provide all the services described, in support of IBM Tririga software. The Service Provider to be selected will provide technical support in the design, development, integration, upgrade, and configuration of enhancements to CISA’s current implementation of the IBM Tririga software.

Work to be performed under this task in support of CISA’s IBM Tririga environment will include:

• Application and platform upgrades and troubleshooting
• Operational support
• Report development
• Software analysis and design
• Software development, integration, configuration and testing support, software security design and configuration.

The vendor works closely with the CISA’s OCIO staff to provide expertise in the design, development, and support for project and system activities.  Development work is performed in CISA’s development and test environments.    After acceptance testing will be performed by the Project Team. The contractor will work with CISA’s Project and Application Manager(s) who will perform the final review and schedule the migration of the work into the production environment.

1. Application Analysis, Design & Development
2. Platform and Middleware Support
3. Integration and System Optimization
4. Operational Support
5. Queries & Reporting

The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with two one-year option periods.
