The purpose of this public posting is to give contractors the opportunity to provide information regarding their capability to provide Network(s) support services.

The Contractor shall provide NOC/WNOC management support services described herein to ensure that CBP is able to maintain operations on a 24x7x365 basis.  This includes providing support at facilities located in Ashburn, Virginia, Springfield, Virginia, and in Orlando, Florida. The Contractor shall operate in the confines of a CBP Personal Identification Verification (PIV) card secured facility. The contractor must be organized, staffed, and equipped to manage CBP’s Network Enterprise Infrastructure consisting of more than 14000  Local Area Network (LAN), Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), and Homeland Security Data Network (HSDN) devices (at the time this PWS was created) all which service Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its components, Trade partners, and other Federal agencies; providing real time network operation monitoring and maintenance …

The period of performance for this task order is projected to include a four (4) month In-transition period coupled with an eight (8) month Base (for a total of 12 months), followed by four (4) twelve (12) month option periods, and a six (6) month extension of services option.  Total Task Order period of performance, including extension of services (if approved) will not exceed 66 months.
