The purpose of this task order is to provide Information Technology (IT) mission support services to CBP, DHS, and other interagency law enforcement and intelligence community partners. This Task Order (TO) provides direct support to CBP operational units through rapid aggregation, fusion, and dissemination of operational information, intelligence, and technology solutions to respond to emerging and imminent threats. This unit should also be able to solve emerging and sometimes longer-term analytical problems/questions through implementation of custom developed IT capabilities which incorporate technologies from public, private, and academic sectors and can be rapidly deployed. Must be able to provide training to a wide variety of employees within CBP, DHS, and USG partner agencies on tools, applications, and workflows which encompasses the breadth of CBP mission, authorities, and statutory regulations. This team should possess the ability to innovate, adapt and meet additional as-needed support while leveraging and streamlining analytical workflows and Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP’s) learned from prior CBP targeting and research operations and intimate familiarity of CBP data and structure. A critical component will be the ability to work “at the speed of mission” and support rapidly evolving critical incidents and threats in real time to provide immediate solutions across multiple classification networks while structuring the solution for longer term sustainability.
The Contractor shall provide:
- Program Management Services
- Transition services
- Deliver mission focused information technology capabilities that can be used at the tactical edge to streamline CBP identification of threats
- Provide direct operational support to CBP
- Provide innovative solutions and support to improvise the agency’s capability
- Provide additional support as needed in response to rapidly evolving threat situations which effect the U.S. borders or other interests to U.S. National Security
