The Contractor shall provide support services for the execution of CBP IT Modernization efforts. This includes both current and future IT Modernization efforts that have direct mission customer impact, that align with the vision, mission and priorities outlined in the CBP 2021-2026 Strategy. The Contractor shall provide Enterprise technical and management support services with the associated skills and qualifications which are needed to enable the OIT IT modernization objective and to demonstrate the success of that transformation by supporting the following tasks, namely:

  • Task 1 – Contractor Transition-In
  • Task 2 – Contract Management
  • Task 3 – Innovative Technology Program
  • Task 4 – Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Task 5 – Enterprise Architecture Management – Architecture Development and Support (Integrate EA views)
  • Task 6 – Enterprise Governance – IT Governance Framework, IT Policies, Processes & Standards
  • Task 7 – Enterprise Information Technology (IT) Transformation Services – Business and Technology Transformation Support
  • Task 8 – AI COI Support
  • Task 9 – Surge Support (Optional)
  • Task 10 – Outgoing Transition Planning and Execution
