Under this BPA, the Contractor shall perform a broad range of technology services in support of AMIS. These technology services include O&M; help desk services; and the evaluation, development, and deployment of new or enhanced capabilities.
Most CDFI Fund certification and award programs share similar needs and follow similar life cycle processes, with differing business rules for accepting and evaluating applications, and for managing certifications and awards.
All activities performed under this BPA shall be conducted with an emphasis on furthering the standardization of business processes and with an enterprise focus. As such, in the technical implementation, all AMIS components share common objects and processes and are therefore interconnected. Therefore, no change to a single part of the system may be accomplished independently without the Contractor assessing the risk and understanding the impact on the entire system.
All tasks shall be performed in an iterative innovation and development cycle, where applicable, including preparation of relevant documentation, knowledge sharing, and implementations suited to the end users’ capabilities. These tasks will be defined in greater detail in BPA Orders. In addition, there must be a strong focus on developing and maintaining a User Interface that is intuitive, clear, highly responsive, maintainable, attractive, and Section 508 compliant. The User Interface must maintain a cohesive style and ensure that a consistent design is applied across the system. Further, the delivery of well-written, thoroughly reviewed documents is an essential part of this effort. All documentation delivered under this BPA shall be complete, coherent, accurate, high quality, Section 508 compliant, and require a minimum of rework after delivery to the CDFI Fund.
The period of performance shall be for a base period of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option periods from time of award.
