Thesis Comprehensive Academic Management System (CAMS) is a reliable student information system for higher education that connects prospective and current students, faculty, and staff through portals to manage – admissions, registration, student records, billing, and financial aid. As a vital part of the University functions for Student Academic process, CAMS allows an integrated system approach for Accreditation requirements and student progress and tracking. Thesis CAMS for Haskell has been cloud based and requires cloud-based infrastructure and support level of expertise for the University. Thesis CAMS require infrastructure, connectivity, virtual private/secured network connection, access portals, security standards, active directory and other federal requirements for Information Technology, Cloud based, Virtual Systems, Database Systems and Cybersecurity Platform standards.

Thesis CAMS annual maintenance services contract that includes but not limited to the following areas of services:

  • User Support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Enhancements
  • Maintenance and Test Environment

These services will provide the university with a reassurance of the proprietary software to be working as needed.  Haskell also requires CAMS to meet the requirement of HLC accreditation.

Haskell seeks to renew the CAMS Annual Maintenance with Thesis to continue providing the cloud-based SIS platform for use and maintenance of the software platform and help desk support for the university. Thesis CAMS annual maintenance services contract for the Comprehensive Academic Management System (CAMS) Enterprise student information system. CAMS Enterprise Access can be limited to VPN or selected access based on originating IP. The CAMS software platform, in conjunction with CAMS data hosted by eMobileCampus data center deploys the general requirements set forth by The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). FERPA is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. No access is granted to any hosted server or college data without prior approval of designated point of contact from Haskell Indian Nations University.
