We are thrilled to welcome retired Brig. Gen. Brian Bisacre to Franklin IQ, where he will advise our public sector clients as a senior vice president and member of the FIQ executive leadership team.
As FIQ continues its rapid public sector growth, the addition of Brian to our team strengthens our ability to advise executive clients tasked with inspiring their teams and driving change; two things Brian honed an impeccable reputation for over three decades of service. As a general officer responsible for operations and strategy, Brian’s efforts directly led to strategic change for a 220,000-person Army command in support of reserve mobilizations across the globe. He also oversaw COVID-19 military responses and operations involving over 18,000 service members, and supported evacuation operations from Afghanistan and patriation of over 13,000 Afghanistan personnel.
“Brian’s executive and operational experience make him an ideal addition to any team, but it’s his character and values that make him the perfect fit for our team,” said FIQ-founder, Brendan McElroy. A fact that Brendan knows well, Brian was an advisor to the company before accepting this full time role.
In his role as senior vice president, Brian will lead our public sector portfolio, including its people, clients, and growth, while driving strategy as an executive company leader.
“After retiring, I was fortunate enough to have options, but was looking to join a team with strong values that takes care of their people and clients and were interested in growing as a team,” Brian said. “I was also looking for a challenge – for a place where I could also continue to grow and I found that in Franklin IQ.”
Brendan first met Brian in 2020 through our own Tom Cioppa, vice president for leader development, a fellow veteran who had known Brian through the military for more than three decades. As Brendan and Brian got to know each other, it was clear Brian was someone who could inspire passion and spark change both for our clients and within our own team.
