A string of new task order wins to close FY2023, including a $339M task in support of the Small Business Administration caught the eye of the OS AI team, but it is the strategic hires the company is making that indicate where this company is headed.
The $339M task order action that RP Professional Services was recently awarded was made under a 5-year single-award BPA that RP added earlier this year. In addition, while smaller in size, it was hard not to also notice the series of new task order wins for RP as they expand their presence at the National Science Foundation.
But, maybe more notable than the wins was the number of recent key growth-minded hires that CEO Rish Patel has been making of late.
- This includes recruiting industry veteran Tamar Mintz early this year to serve as Executive Vice President
- Nathan Kreoger as Vice President of Operations
- Jessica Feldman as New Account Manager for USAID Contracts
- And, announced just yesterday, rising growth leader Jenna Levy has joined as a new Director of Proposal Operations
Big investments do not guarantee success, but they do signify intent.
