Barbaricum proudly welcomes Pete Brady as its new Chief Growth Officer, tasked with spearheading the company’s global growth and rapidly expanding market footprint.

With over 35 years of combined professional and military experience, Pete specializes in transforming multi-faceted organizations’ expansion strategies. His expertise will drive growth operations across various domains, including IT, cyber, C5ISR (command, control, computers, communications, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance), mission systems, operations, digital solutions, and global enterprise process innovation.

Having served as a US Army Officer for more than 20 years, Pete recognizes the significance of continually customizing solutions to meet and exceed customers’ present and future requirements. He believes, “True success cannot be defined by wins alone. But, when your team understands and employs the resilience to continually diversify their talents to achieve and exceed customers’ historic, current, and future missions—that’s success. Innovation isn’t repetitive, it’s team-wide intentional growth.”

In his new role, Pete will lead Barbaricum growth through contract wins and capability growth as we navigate the transition from the small business market to unrestricted competition. This entails understanding the intricate interdependencies between current and future customers, while defining clear pathways that maintain service quality and expand Barbaricum’s core capabilities across data science and engineering, software development, IT, cybersecurity, and open-source intelligence (OSINT). Furthermore, Pete will manage key SB and UNR contract vehicles, including DoD Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC), US Army Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3), US Army Modernization Priorities (AMP), DoD Artificial Intelligence (Al) Talent BPA, US Navy SeaPort Next Generation (NxG), USSOCOM Targeted Requirement Execution (T-REX), DoJ Data Analytics BPA, GSA Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS), GSA OASIS SB Pool 3, GSA OASIS SB Pool 4, GSA MAS, and GSA IT-70.

“We look forward to Pete leading the next chapter of Barbaricum’s expansion as we embark on our 15th year,” Scott Feldmayer, Barbaricum Partner said. “Our team is dedicated to delivering mission success across our customers, and Pete plays a pivotal to our strategic growth strategy, ensuring Team Barbaricum remains solution-oriented and focused on what lies beyond the new frontier ahead.”
