Magellan Federal, the Plaintiff, recently asked the “Court to grant its request for a voluntary withdrawal of the protest. Plaintiff makes the request herein following the corrective action specified by the Government”
The challenge which had been filed with the Court of Federal Claims earlier this year protested the recent award decision of a 3-year $16M Area III, MPD & TC Ssupport contract which was awarded to Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) in late December. (W91QVN24C0001)
The case is sealed and limited information is available at this time as to the grounds for the protest, or the corrective action to be taken.
This withdrawal does not preclude Magellan Federal from filing another protest if they do not agree with the corrective action taken. More will be shared as it is made available.
