Army Sources Sought: Communication Planning and Support Services

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) is requesting information from industry regarding Communication Planning and Support Services in accordance with (IAW) the attached PWS draft. The government intends to award this to a small business.

Scope:  The Army is leveraging new and improved models and means of communication modes in the information age. The Office of the Chief of Public Affairs must keep pace with the information environment and lead within it through informed and agile communication strategies. Therefore, the Contractor shall be able to conceptually develop and implement communication strategies, processes, and products that are critical to this effort.

This effort is for the procurement of support services which include management and technical expertise to provide operational support, development, coordination, integration, synchronization, program management, prototype development and fabrication and employment of supporting materials including, but is not limited to, graphics, web-based materials and brochures.

The Contractor shall provide technical expertise in business best practices, process engineering, full-spectrum communication, information technology (IT) operations; and management in support of Business Rules and OCPA Operations Support; Communication Research, Analysis and Evaluation; Communication Planning; Communication Product Development; Army Outreach Support; Professional Development and Training; Exhibit Management; and Executive Communication Support. The Contractor shall provide support of Army communication challenges which involve extremely sensitive issues, large programs, supporting Soldiers and Families and telling the Army story to diverse audiences and centers of influence.
