This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes.

The contractor shall provide high level support for the New Hampshire National Guard (NGNH) Office 365 SharePoint Intranet Site and the NHNG external site nh.ng.mil.

Objectives: The objective is for the contractor to maintain rights to each site and provide all labor and knowledge required to continue content creation and support for users.  Contractor will resolve helpdesk ticket with users in NGNH and maintain training for new site owners and users as needed.

Background: NGNH is responsible to maintain two websites:

  1. a) INTRANET (private site): NGNH intranet is hosted by Microsoft and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).  New Hampshire Knowledge Online (NHKO) is a Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Site.
  2. b) INTERNET (public site): https://nh.ng.mil public site is for internal and external users to gain information regarding the New Hampshire Army and New Hampshire Air National Guard.  The site will continue to provide information to general public.  The commercial site is hosted by Defense Media Activity (mil) and requires citizenship, valid background investigation, training modules to be completed for administrative access (40hrs), and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)s.  Contractor will be assigned as the Administrator role and can create and manage site, including creating, deleting, and restoring pages.  Contractor will be responsible for managing public site, user access, and update site content as required.  Contractor will not be responsible for managing servers or resolving connectivity issues.

The Period of Performance shall 1 year start in SEP24.
