Army RFI: Network Operations Support Services

This performance work statement (PWS) describes and includes the task order level requirements needed to perform the network and ancillary support of the INSCOM GISA Enterprise Transport networks (TROJAN and Black Core). Specifically, the USAINSCOM Transport Network Control Centers (TNCCs) at Fort Liberty, NC; Fort Belvoir, VA; U. S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden, Germany (Europe) and Fort Shafter Flats, HI (Pacific) require Network Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to support their mission and mission support infrastructures. The USAINSCOM Transport Network Operations Center (TNOC) at Fort Belvoir, VA, requires Network Analyst, System Administrator support and The GET division, located in Metro Park, Alexandria VA, requires long haul engineering support for circuit bundling supporting missions worldwide. The INSCOM Transport Operations Center (ITOC) at Fort Belvoir, VA requires operation and maintenance (O&M) of all core network and cryptology devices to support the GISA Enterprise Transport mission network infrastructures.
