This Task Order Request (TOR) is a small-business set-aside in support of JPEO CBRN Medical.

The scope of this TO was previously competed and awarded under the Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract called Joint Enterprise – Omnibus Program, Engineering and Technical Support (JE-OPETS) and is now being competed under the One  Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Contract Vehicle.  This TO will provide continuity of services in support of the CBRND mission for the requiring office(s) specified in Part 5, Specific Tasks.

The primary objective of this TO is to provide performance-based support and a seamless transition of existing acquisition, business, security, scientific and logistics services for the JPEO-CBRND Medical Office.  The contractor shall be responsible for providing staff that have the technical skills, certifications, security clearance level and experience to support the requirements of this task order.

The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

1. The contractor shall implement a set of standard administrative practices that ensure quality and efficiency consistent with organizational and Department of Defense (DoD) community operations and business priorities.
2. The contractor shall ensure administrative assistant coverage for all respective areas by monitoring the other administrative assistants’ schedules.
3. The contractor shall provide initial administrative assistance training for new administrative personnel.
