The United States Military Academy at West Point – NY has a requirement for Higher Education Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
Goals and Objectives: Utilize an admissions and enrollment management platform that contains the below out-of-the-box features for immediate use without the need for programming. W911SD24R0039
1.3.1 Contractor shall have at least twenty years of experience in the development of information management systems, specifically serving higher education.
1.3.2 Contractor shall have a well-established track record of delivering admissions and enrollment services to over 1,000 colleges and universities.
1.3.3 Application management: contractor shall provide an out-of-the-box application ready for immediate use without the need for programming. The out-of-the-box application shall be mobile-optimized, ready to upload documents and allow applicants and admissions staff to track progress on an out-of-the-box landing page.
1.3.4 Queries: Contractor shall provide an out-of-the-box database with tables and data fields specifically used in college admissions. Empower end users with the ability to query data and make updates without programming or SQL knowledge. Ability to query using natural language artificial intelligence to pull data sets. Contractor’s platform retains the ability for custom SQL but also provides a drag-and-drop query feature designed to enable end users to obtain the data required for their duties. The drag-and-drop query should allow end users to query reports for all data fields from the person, application, and form responses.
1.3.5 Records management: Contractors shall provide an out-of-the-box record management page that displays applicant and application data in a prebuilt display showing their location, interactions, and uploaded materials. The page shall track when a candidate first shows interest, applies, and submits documents. The contractor allows staff to document every interaction and view what emails candidates open and the links they click. When adjustments are made to candidates’ profiles or documents there are complete audit logs to view the user and time/date stamp of the modification.
1.3.6 Events management: The contractor shall provide an out-of-the-box events calendar to allow staff to create campus visits and admissions events across the world. This feature shall include an autogenerated registration form and a page to track registrants. Platform shall include real-time check-in and badge printing with the ability to instantaneously modify mobile passes and badges.
1.3.7 Trip Planning: The contractor shall provide an out-of-the-box Google Maps feature that allows staff to overlay location data for prospects, applicants, and volunteers. Detailed trip planning allows for Admission Officers to plot candidates on a map to aid in venue planning, invite those candidates, and send customizable instructions.
