IDIQ Contract Services to provide ongoing configuration management, enhancements, and operational support for the Army Safety Management Information System 2.0 and the direct support that it provides to the Army Environmental Health and Safety program and the Army Safety and Occupational Health Management System.

The purpose of this contract is to provide ongoing configuration management, enhancements, and operational support for the Army Safety Management Information System (ASMIS) 2.0 and the direct support that it provides to the Army Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program and the Army Safety and Occupational Health Management System (AEHSMS).  The United States Army Combat Readiness Center (USACRC)-G6’s mission is to provide, manage, protect, enhance, and modernize the ASMIS 2.0 family of systems.  The operation, maintenance, and enhancement of ASMIS 2.0 requires efforts at the application/database, network operations center (NOC), and enterprise help desk levels for not only the USACRC, but to holistically support emerging EHS needs of the Army worldwide.  The components of ASMIS 2.0 consist of an emerging family of systems that contain individual modules that precisely support the key activities of Army EHS outlined in the illustration below along with an overarching analytics component to provide analysis. These six activities are described below.

As the Army’s designated system of record for EHS information management, ASMIS 2.0 framework supports all six activities of the Army EHS program.

As an integrated family of systems currently built upon the Web Compliance Assessment System (WEBCASS) platform, ASMIS 2.0 provides support applications for each activity and provides an interactive analytic capability.
