This contract will support the Solution Delivery Division (SDD) within the Program Executive Office for Medical Systems/ Chief Information Officer J6 (PEO/CIO J6), part of the DHA. SDD manages over 40 Acquisition (ACQ) Programs in various stages of the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the Adaptive ACQ Framework (AAF). DHA continues to mature the ACQ posture of the organization, raising the bar for SDD programs to execute ACQ rigor outlined in accordance with statutory requirements. ACQ programs are supported by various contracts which entails requirements gathering, preparation of various documents, resource management and budget execution support.

Objectives: The objective of the resultant contract/task order is to assist the Government with documentation development and coordination in support of AAF compliance; reporting requirements for ACQ programs; the ACQ of new requirements; manage and modify existing contracts; resource management assistance such as managing spend plan line items (SPLIs); and facilitate budget execution.

Scope: The resultant contract will provide the following services:

  • Acquisition Support to include Adaptive Acquisition Framework and Reporting Compliance Support, Privacy Compliance Support, Interoperability (IOP) Compliance Support, Support Agreements Support, and Schedule Management Support.
  • Requirements Management Support to include Governance Support, Transition Support, Requirements Management Support, and Agile Project Management and Training Support.
  • Resource Management Support to include Budget Execution Support, Travel, Contracts and Invoices Support, Contracting Support, and Cost Estimation Support.
