Air Force Sources Sought: Personal Financial Readiness Program Evaluation

Air Force Personal Financial Readiness (PFR) services are delivered by certified Personal Financial Managers (PFMs) and Personal Financial Counselors located in an installation’s Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC).

1.2 Scope of Work.

1.2.1 Develop and implement comprehensive Personal Financial Readiness program evaluation within the Air Force Readiness Program, answering the following questions:

1.2.1.1 How effective is the program?

  • What is the impact on student behavior, confidence, knowledge, and ability to apply what they have learned?
  • Does what the Department of the Air Force provide instructors (training, orientation, and support) raise confidence and ability to provide effective instruction?
  • What impact does the program have on financial readiness?
  • What is the impact of financial readiness on mission readiness?

1.2.1.2 How is the Department of the Air Force doing?

  • Do instructors have what they need to positively impact financial readiness?
  • Is the program content relevant, credible, and complete?
  • Are the program resources relevant and functional?
  • Do students and instructors like the program and find it worthwhile?
