The objectives of AFNCR ITS are to:

  • Provide the Information Technology (IT) capabilities necessary for customers to perform their operational mission.
  • Reduce the cost of services provided throughout the contract period of performance through efficiencies, to provide the best possible support to the customer base.
  • The contractor shall provide all IT and telecommunications services necessary to meet the AFNCR requirements described herein to support the Air Force customers in the AFNCR.

The contractor shall provide all IT and telecommunications services necessary to meet the AFNCR requirements described herein to support the Air Force customers in the AFNCR.  Execution of these services will be done in partnership with Government work centers, with strategic and daily operational priorities facilitated by the associated Government Service Owner (GSO).  The GSO does not direct the contractor but is that 844 CG (and/or subordinate squadron) organization that is accountable for one or more services, regardless of where the technology components, processes or professional capabilities reside. This includes the synchronization of resources that support the service, including organic resources, resources that are external to the ITS contract (i.e., other contract), or are located out of the GSO’s organizational control.
