Air Force RFI: UNCLASS Information Technology Support Services

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and other services necessary to provide Unclassified Information Technology (IT) Support to 9 CES at Beale, AFB. This nonpersonal service includes supporting services to the Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise Operating System environment, as well as Microsoft Office suite applications, alongside various other Commercial off the shelf (COTS) and government off the shelf (GOTS) applications. These services shall provide for USAF NIPRnet computer support services system administrator maintenance, IT security, IT asset inventory, and customer support. The contractor shall provide technically qualified employees to provide the support and assistance required to meet the stated objectives and accomplish work required under this PWS.

4. DESCRIPTION OF TASKS/SERVICES.

4.1. The contractor shall provide Systems Administration Services and System Management for 9 CES personnel (NIPRNET only). The Contractor shall be responsible for complete staffing and ensure that all employees are qualified, trained, and certified to perform the requirements of this PWS. The Contractor shall provide management and support as required for the performance of contract tasks. The Contractor shall provide planning, analysis, troubleshooting, integration, installation, operations, training, documentation, and systems administration services for facilityspecific types of data networks including, but not limited to, enterprise systems, Local Area Networks (LAN). The Contractor shall also provide the necessary infrastructure to support contract tasks. Network support functions include, but are not limited to:

4.1.1. Troubleshoot CES user problems and/or open trouble calls to the Communications Squadron (CS) help desk for tracking the calls through problem resolution.

4.1.2. Troubleshoot various computer and network related issues in coordination with base CS and other entities, as required.

4.1.3. Act as Client Support Administrator (CSA) to process network (NIPRNET) and customer support functions with technical support from the installation Communications Squadron/ Network Control Center (NCC) directives….
