After IRS stint, familiar face returns to Department of Energy as Deputy Director and Application Division Manager

This business leader, administrator, data specialist, Information Technology (IT)/Information System (IS) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) who most recently served as Windows Server Division Lead with the Internal Revenue Service and previously served as Enterprise IT Operations Manager with the DOE, has returned to take on a new challenge.
