The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has named Peregrine Digital Services to a prime spot on the Secure, Performant, Reliable, and User-Centered Experiences (SPRUCE) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. Peregrine is a Joint Venture between Ad Hoc and IronArch Technology.
This 5-year vehicle with a ceiling of $2.4 billion is one way the VA will continue providing leading digital experiences to Veterans, their families, and their caregivers. Ad Hoc and our partners at IronArch Technology are thrilled by the opportunity to be a part of this contract vehicle and to continue our support of customers at the VA.
“For years, Ad Hoc has been honored to support the VA in using technology to serve Veterans while supporting the VA’s progress toward becoming a leading digital-first organization in the federal government,” said Greg Gershman, Ad Hoc’s co-founder and CEO. “From our work on the transformation of VA.gov to our support of the VA Health and Benefits mobile app, Ad Hoc has brought the best ideas of consumer technology to support how the VA builds people-first digital experiences. And we are thrilled to have the opportunity to continue that work through SPRUCE.”
Ad Hoc formed Peregrine Digital Services, a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture, with IronArch Technology in 2023. Peregrine brings together Ad Hoc’s long history of supporting digital experiences at the VA with IronArch’s expertise in cloud migration, platform services, and IT service management.
“Supporting the VA’s mission for the last 3 years has been the highlight of my career,” said Bill Fischer, Ad Hoc’s VP of Veterans Affairs teams. “Ad Hoc’s collaboration with leaders and practitioners across VA has led to substantial improvements in digital experiences for Veterans, and we’re just getting started on what we can accomplish together.”
