Viderity is prepping for a big 2025 – checking in with their newly hired VP of Business Development, Brady Wentlandt

Big Investments do not guarantee Big results, but they do signify intent! Viderity has made a number of key hires of late to bolster their growth teams.

First came word that Bruce Brooke had joined as Vice President of Strategic Growth. This was followed shortly by the news that DoD and federal Civilian growth SME Brady Wentlandt joined the company as a Vice President of Business Development caught our attention. OS AI recently caught up with Brady to hear what drew him to Viderity and how others can connect with him in his new role.

From There to Here

I’ve been supporting business development for the past three years, starting with Trillion Technology Solutions, Inc. and now with Viderity. Before that, I spent nearly three decades as an active-duty Marine. In that role, I served as a Contracting Officer Representative (three times), a Program Manager, and a member of a source selection committee for an agency specific IDIQ. I was also involved in the funding processes within the PPBE framework. Currently, I volunteer on the board of directors for the Capital Business Development Association, further connecting me with industry leaders and initiatives.

Why Viderity?

Viderity is a dynamic, 10-year-old small business led by exceptional leadership with deep roots in creativity and the technical expertise needed to meet our clients’ comprehensive IT needs. On my first day, one of our contractors reached out to welcome me and shared his excitement about working here, which speaks volumes about the company culture. Viderity’s leadership is energetic, and there’s a clear sense of trust and confidence that our team is delivering exceptionally well for our valued clients. Just five days in, I’m already a huge fan!

What’s First?

I’m here to leverage my relationships and foster growth together. I have a robust network and a favorite quote from JFK that sums up my approach: “A rising tide lifts all boats.” My strategy is simple – we can all succeed together by delivering exceptional services to our clients while expanding our capabilities along the way.

One major trend is DoD’s CMMC requirements, which will be a key focus for many businesses, including Viderity. Achieving CMMC compliance presents challenges, but I’m eager to tackle these alongside other certifications that will help solidify our position in the industry.

Looking Forward to Connecting

I want to connect with all types of industry partners! You never know when a niche capability will be needed. In my short time in the industry, I’ve connected with over 350 businesses, each bringing unique value. Specifically, I’m interested in partnering with companies that have gaps in app development, data analysis, data-driven strategies, strategy, design, digital transformation, operations, and content management. Viderity is looking to team up for new agency work and contract vehicles. Whether as a prime or subcontractor, Viderity is a fantastic partner!
