The lone known protest filed with GAO in relation to this heavily competed and recently awarded 5-year contract to support U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Information Technology (IT) systems delivery, primarily VIS (Verification Information System), has been denied.

The purpose of this procurement is to provide USCIS with continuation of services due to protest delays of FALCON. This action serves as a bridge task order to transition to FALCON. Joint Application Management, Operations and NextGen II (JAMON II) is intended to provide critical support of the VIS modernization development process that is now being conducted in the Amazon Web Cloud (AWS) environment.
