Holly Joers, who had been leading PEO DHMS, an acquisition organization with a direct reporting relationship to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, and administratively attached to the Defense Health Agency, takes on a new challenge.

Of note, Chris Ruefer, Deputy PEO, DHA DHMS, is now serving in an acting capacity.
