“We are submitting a proposal for VHA Integrated Healthcare Transformation 2.0 (IHT 2.0), valued at $14 billion, for a 10-year IDIQ Federal Contract.
I am looking for teaming partners, including SDVOSBs, small companies, and large companies, with specific capabilities in services, consulting, and management. We anticipate that the government will award this contract to 6-8 SDVOSB companies. The deadline for Phase I Proposal submission will be sometime in late February, although the government often postpones these large solicitations. Please contact me if you have an interest and capability in any of these 58 areas (see below chart).
FYI, we recently won a similar contract, VHA ICSP, which is a $23 billion 10-year IDIQ. This IHT 2.0 proposal is being solicited by the same agency (VHA OHT – SAC).”
