This is NOT a solicitation, but market research to determine potential sources to Obtain OLIVE RATS and balance of system equipment to include deployment, configuration, integration, technical support and knowledge transfer to the Government. The objective of this is to provide support and subject matter expertise with the implementation and configuration of OLIVE RATS, assist with and provide support for the deployment of OLIVE RATS’s agent and leverage Subject Matter Expertise (SME) expertise in optimizing the overall equipment infrastructure to ensure efficient and proper operations. Contractor will be required to provide OLIVE RATS installation and configuration recommendations, best practices, integration considerations and recommendations, performance monitor parameters and performance optimization settings for compliance, so that OLIVE RATS system and interfaces are integrated, and modules run. Contractor will share knowledge and provide proper documentation to install, configure and optimize the installed tools. The contractor will provide OLIVE RATS support at regularly scheduled intervals over the period of performance. These services include providing equipment, installation, integration, knowledge transfer and maintenance support.
