NuAxis to Help US Fish and Wildlife Service Create Exceptional Citizen Experiences

NuAxis Innovations is excited to announce a recent contract award with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS).

Through this contract, NuAxis will provide development and maintenance support for the ServiceNow-based ePermits system over 5 years to help FWS achieve exceptional customer experience (CX).

ePermits streamlines the process for issuing over 65,000 permits each year, facilitating efficient communication with stakeholders, and enhancing the Service’s ability to manage and monitor activities that impact wildlife and habitats.
