AIMS-USGP JV Awarded Position on $43 Billion DHA MQS2-NG Contract Vehicle

AIMS-USGP Joint Venture (JV), a strategic alliance between AIMS Locum Tenens (AIMS) and U.S. Got People (USGP), is proud to announce its official selection as an awardee in the Small Business Vendor Pool for the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) $43 billion Medical Q-Coded Services – Next Generation (MQS2-NG) contract.

DHA selected only 18 companies nationwide to participate in the Small Business Vendor Pool under MQS2-NG. Being chosen as one of them is a remarkable achievement for AIMS-USGP JV and a strong testament to our proven capabilities, dedication, and mission-driven approach.

This landmark 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supports DHA’s mission to deliver essential clinical, administrative, and analytical healthcare services at military treatment facilities (MTFs) throughout the United States. MQS2-NG replaces the legacy MQS and MSS programs with a consolidated, modern platform aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of federal healthcare services.

Dr. Ajay Narola, MD, MBA, Co-founder and Vice President at AIMS and Managing Member of the AIMS-USGP JV, expressed gratitude for this major milestone. “This award reflects the tireless efforts and unwavering commitment of our entire team from both JV members. We are honored to serve our national heroes and their families and are excited to support DHA’s mission through this vital initiative.”

“This award marks a defining moment for our partnership with AIMS,” said Joshua Graves, President of U.S. Got People. “It reflects the trust placed in us by the federal government and validates our shared mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services to military families. We’re proud to bring our expertise to support this vital national effort and stand ready to serve.”

The AIMS-USGP JV combines the unique strengths of two mission-driven organizations, both known for delivering top-tier healthcare workforce solutions to federal agencies across the nation. This award positions the JV to offer a full spectrum of services—from direct patient care to medical administration—enhancing the medical readiness and wellbeing of service members, veterans, and their dependents.

“We are deeply proud to contribute to the national defense healthcare ecosystem,” added Dr. Narola. “This opportunity not only highlights our operational excellence and compliance readiness, but it also sets the foundation for the next chapter of meaningful growth and impact in federal healthcare.”

The AIMS-USGP JV remains committed to excellence, compassion, and service—and is ready to deploy highly skilled healthcare professionals where they are needed most.
