This contract focuses on improving how Veterans access and understand critical information about their benefits—like the status of a claim, payment history, decision reviews, and benefits letters—across web and mobile platforms.
We’re proud to have the opportunity to improve some of the most used and sensitive tools on VA.gov, including the first place many Veterans go to check the status of their claims. Our small, cross-functional teams will leverage and integrate AI-powered tools and services to shape a more seamless journey with less confusion, fewer support calls, and a better experience overall for Veterans navigating their benefits.
We’re honored to lead this effort as the prime contractor, working alongside our incredible partners at Coa Solutions and Kind Systems to make these tools more intuitive and effective for those who’ve served.
