This notice is a Request for Information (RFI). To provide professional support to the CBP RIM program for a full spectrum of information governance, records management, process development & sustainment, program management and reporting, and communications activities to maintain the Program’s ongoing operations.
SPECIFIC TASKS: The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, and local travel required to perform the support services defined in this SOW.

Accelerate Development of Paper Records Schedules: The contractor shall work closely with the CBP records management office to create, analyze, and update CBP Records Control Schedules (RCS). The contractor shall ensure that newly created and revised records schedules are based on appropriate government authorities. Additionally, the contractor shall assist with the creation, revision, and consolidation of records control schedules enterprise-wide, consistent with the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA). In performing this work, the contractor shall follow best practices provided by NARA. Tools and techniques may include:
- Performing business analyses to determine how certain records are managed.
