The Staff Education and Training (SEAT) Division mission is to develop a centralized office for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Education and Training (E&T) Directorate to execute education and training decision-making for healthcare delivery while soliciting service input to enhance and support readiness. Currently, each Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) operates independently and maintains responsibility for developing, acquiring, and managing medical education and training. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform SEAT Support Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
